Top Plate for [this case from Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/iUniker-Raspberry-Cluster-Heatsink-4-Layers/dp/B07CTG5N3V/ref=sr_1_17?dchild=1&keywords=raspberry+pi+case&qid=1598885749&sr=8-17), but the Fan Mount is re-centered over the CPU for the Raspberry Pi 3. The difference isn't that big however, and should provide adequate cooling for the Pi 4.

I've included the FreeCAD file if you'd like to edit it.
