Raspberry Pi Octoprint Printer Server Stand V2

This is a remix from Adafruit's Octoprint.

I was not happy how the Pi case was sitting loose on the stand. Designed a solution of the case and stand so it would be more stable on the stand. Also redesigned the stand to be able to have better cable management for the cables to the Pi.

There are two versions of the top part of the Pi case included:
- one is with the server text for Multi Material Upgrades or dual extruders.
- the other version is a plain one without the text.

I printed the stand in 0.35 resolution as I did not think a higher resolution was necessary.
