Protect your Raspberry Pi Zero W with this (2mm) Acrylcase!
I designed this case completly from scratch and it fits just perfect on my RPi Zero W.
Even a Pimoroni BLINKT! module fits on top of the GPIO pins.
The little rectangles on the middle plate might be not necessary but they could avoid a brownout of the coil on the RPi Zero W PCB.
In case you mount a heatsink onto the CPU, it should have following dimensions:
13mm x 12mm x 5mm.
Don`t worry about the Mini-HDMI and Micro-USB ports! I tryed out the fattest plugs and adapters and I had no problems plugging them in.
!The CAD-file is made for Lasercutters! I used a Trotec Speedy400 (80W CO²-Tube).
Cut Z-Offset: -1mm
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
2mm Acrylicglass (at least 105mm x 72mm)
4x M2,5x12 bolts
4x M2,5 nuts
24x M2,5 washers
