Raspberry Pi Zero W case

Slim, screwless case for the Raspberry Pi Zero W. It holds together by friction and allows access to all ports and the microSD card.
There are versions with and without access to the GPIO header from top and bottom, and there is a version with some slots for processor cooling, and another one that allows a cooling fin.
