Made a basic Pi Zero W case for my Teslausb setup. It has a sliding cover with vent holes. No screws needed. The 4 studs keep the Pi Zero W in place. I didn't make an opening for the GPIO since I didn't need it.
Lid might be a tight fit towards the end depending on your printer. Might need to run the grooves with a knife if your printer wasn't able to print it well. I didn't have a problem though.
There's access for the MicroSD, mini-HDMI, microUSBs, and camera ribbon.
