Refill Storage System

The goal of the refill system is to minimize the air and moisture your refills are exposed to when in storage. Vacuum sealing entire spools that aren't full to the brim with filament includes a lot of air in your carefully sealed bag, not to mention requiring more spools. As I assume everyone with a Bambu printer has discovered early in their usage, it is difficult to take refills off of spools without creating tangles unless you've prepared for it, but various methods are out there for the task. Pictured here is one of those, storing the refill with the plastic bands from shipping still on it, and leaving them on even when the spool is in use so that they can be used to contain the refill when it is removed. Another option is to put the spool storage system side onto the spool after carefully opening one side and then securing it with masking tape and adding the other side as I've done here with the blue spool.
