This is a remix of thing:4948383 from tonkugel.

I slightly elevated the area around the "WARNING" label, this way you can print the sign in 3 colours with 2 filament changes.

If you want the original colour scheme, you can print the first layers for the base in black, then change filament to white and finally change to red for the area around the "WARNING" label.
