Remixed elements for Mombasa insert

Nesting items now have 0.4mm tolerance for a looser fit (I could not get the trays out of the house box with the original files, and the lugs on the original player trays and coin trays tore off when I tried to take them apart).

I have also modified the player tray and card tray to hold sleeved cards (I use Sleeve Kings, but there ought to be room for premium sleeves), and the spacer should use less filament.
