Replacement Wheel

This is a replacement wheel for my canister vacuum. I designed it as configurable, but have not really tried all of the different settings. I have included the openscad source file. Hopefully you can configure it to match your needs.

The pictures show the original next to the replacement.
I tried something new by supporting the two tabs with 2 thin pieces of plastic that are designed to flex because this is obviously a high stress point, and is where the original broke.

If there is interest I will do some more work to add comments to the openscad file, but please post pictures if you manage to use this successfully.

I made some tweaks to the dimensions of the axle to better fit my vacuum in V5
