Replicator 2 Stepper Cable holder

Different Cable holder wich gets mounted to the back of the extruder motor for a more solid mounting spot.

Having it on the fan caused additional forces and motion wich wore out the mounting holes and damaged the threads in the extruder block. Plus the additional motion interferes with the 3D- touch.

Adding this means you need longer screws for the motor and washers:
- 2x M3 x 35mm Screw (Philips or Hex Socket Cap)
- 2x DIN 9021 M3 Washer
- 2mm zip tie

I recommend to either use 100% infill or just add enough shells, until the sections around the screw holes are absolutely filled, In my case this was 6. This piece needs to be solid, so the screws can be properly tightened.
