Hello, this model is a pull-out lamp... All you need is a power cord, a GU 10 socket and a GU 10 LED bulb. All connections of this lamp are threaded...Please download version 2.0, the diffuser has been modified, because the original one could not withstand the temperature from the LED bulb, so I adjusted the diffuser thickness and changed the material from PLA to ABS GF(can be ABS,ASA) . For those who have downloaded the first version, you only need to download the new diffuser profile... And the diffuser can be lightly sprayed with Teflon or WD spray when extended and retracted, making it noticeably quieter.Thank you
