Reverse Engineering Hydroponic Rack System

This project is a full CAD recreation of a real multi-level hydroponic rack system modeled in SolidWorks based on reference video and estimated dimensions. Main components include welded steel frame, motor + worm gearbox system, chain and sprocket transmission, shaft support with pillow block bearings, support brackets, and multi-level planting tray structure. The design focuses on practical fabrication, real mechanical transmission logic, and manufacturing feasibility. This project was created for mechanical design practice, reverse engineering improvement, and portfolio development.
