Reversible Flush Hinge

Measuring 1.5" x 1.5" x 0.25" when unfolded, this hinge lays flush when folded backwards or forwards, and when laid flat. The holes are 0.14" in diameter to clear the major diameter of a size 6 wood screw.

I designed this to be used with a folding table so that the hinge could be inlaid on the top face of the table, and the table could be folded upwards while remaining flush. Other hinges on the market have circular cross-section pins that would have required an additional groove be cut out of the wood, and both planes of the table rotating about the same offset axis posed clearance problems.
