Ring Resizer

This resizer tool can be used to stretch the band of a ring. Only for rings that have a circular metal band. Resizing in this way is not recommended if you need to expand the diameter of the ring by more than 1 full US size (~.8mm) Instructions:Print all parts from plate 1 or 2 depending on the starting size of the ring to enlarge.Place the ring on the lowest step that it fits snugly (don't force it)Make sure the ring is sitting flushInsert the wedgeTap the wedge a few times with moderate forceStart with minor changes. You don't want to make it too big!Flip the assembly upside-down and place it in the removal jigInsert the removal pin into the holeTap the removal pin with a hammer until the wedge slides outCheck the fit. If it's still too tight then repeat as needed. Use at your own risk! I don't want to hear about you breaking grandmas heirloom jewelry!
