Rocket tooling set (for solid rocket motor)

A tooling set for small rocket motors, for compressing the clay nozzel, fuel and clay endcap.

Make sure to sand the finished parts to get a smooth but tight fit this depends on the tolerances of your 3D printer. Using parrifin wax(candel wax) on the shaft helps the finished commpressed grain be removed without sticking and prevents it jamming up.

Dimensions:
Outer Diameter (of the finshed grain): 17.5mm
Lenght of grain: 60mm
Centre Bore: 5-4.5mm (lofted)
Nozzel diameter : 5mm

Print Sepcs:
layer height: any should work, 0.2mm is good.
infill: >40% .
Filament: PETG stood up well to use but have no tested any others.
