Rod block

This is a block which can be used to attach a rod to a flat surface. It can also be used to mount something on a rod. Smaller screw holes are provided to fix the rod and attach the block.

The diameter of the rod, size of the block and diameter of the screws can be configured. I have used these to mount web cameras on scaffolds of 10 mm diameter aluminum rods. On my Winhao Di3 a hole with 3 mm inner diameter in PLA is self-tapping with standard, metric M3 screws.
