Roller Chain

This is a printable roller chain. Once the segment is printed, it is operational. You can also easily break any link, or add additional links.

Do not use supports, but I tend to use rafts. It will work without a raft, but I found it creates a curve to the chain.

I have included the solidworks models so you can make the chain as long as you want. I usually keep it relatively short. That way, if the build fails, I don't lose hours of printing. Individual segments can be joined together after printing. Finally, make sure the chain is laying flat so that the pivot axes are parallel to the print bed.
