More than the esthetic part of using rollers the idea is: why hide the hinges, hinges are generally hiden, why not make them part of the design of the object. The mechanical idea behind the design is multifunction, able to be fitted as flaping doors or regular door hinge, vertical horizontal, the design accepts all positions. This model which is meant to be 3D printed and assembled with ease, can also be dissasembled without any need of tools.
