round loop handle openSCAD module

An openSCAD module to make a nicely rounded loop or handle.

usage: round_loop(r=4, lth=40, legs=20, base=2, curved_end=false, rounded_end=false $fn=60)

added feature to allow wide based legs as well as scaling the width of the loop.
