Safe T Bagel Solid

This is a solid version of the Safe T Bagel to speed up print times. The webbing included in the original Safe T Bagel forces the slicer to print a lot of perimeters. This version is solid - allowing the slicer to optimize printing.

I have not yet printed one, but according to my Slic3r time estimates: using 10% infill, 0.3mm layers, and 2 perimeters the **print time should be about half of the original!** (7h opposed to 14h)
