SafFire Sample Ring

The official sample ring for the SafFire Laser Engraving System with the Small 3D Printing Accessory (http://saffirelaser.com). The 'large' file has single raised text; the 'silver' file has double inset text and slightly larger prongs for more practical production. The green part, sized at 110%, was printed doubly at 30um with sprue in about six hours with 3DM-CAST (also shown with OSHW ring). The yellow part, sized at 200%, was printed at 50um out of dyed FunToDo Snow White. Designed with Blender 2.77a for Linux and Boolean-processed in NetFabb. STL files scaled by 110% for better fit.
