Saturn 3 (ultra) cover riser

A cover riser to slightly raise the lid of the Elegoo Saturn 3 (ultra). This way, a power cable of, for example, a vat heater can be easily routed into the printing chamber without drilling into the cover itself. The original model only allowed for a thin cable to be run into the chamber, this model allows for a thicker power cable (up to 5.5mm) to be used, and also moves the inlet to the back left, rather than the middle.
