Scaleable enclosure, designed with Onshape, you can copy the Onshape document from here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/85da4281f20b5f1cc576aa4b/w/b9cecc0d80f7a63a55674750/e/44fbf809fb69fa0bab9ffd6b
I wanted a sturdy waterproof enclosure that would be fully customizable to suit any size project, it's only limited by the size of your print bed.
The size of the base and lid can be easily scaled using the variable table in the Onshape doc.
Nut recesses on the base are made for M4 nuts
Lid seal recess could be partly filled with an o-ring seal or silicon sealant, it is 2mm deep, compared to the lip on the base that is 1mm high
Try Onshape, it's a free CAD platform for makers, web based (no software to download/install), great functions and forum help.
Pics of printed parts show a scaled down version as proof of concept.
.stl files attached here give external dimensions of base (LxWxD 80x100x30) and lid (LxWxD 80x100x10)
