Screwball with tighter thread

For me at least, the thread on the original is way too slack – I could push the two halves together rather than screw them together, so this is a tweaked version with the inner thread larger by 1mm diameter (so +0.5mm radius).

Still very much JamieLaing's design, just tweaked slightly.
