I had to make a new packaging for my screwdriver set.
Three-piece box + optional hanger.
Due to the sharp rounding angle, you need to use at least 7 external wall lines to print well.
Print walls slowly. I was driving 25mm / s.
Buttom and top: Infill 100%
Middle part:
Filling in the middle part may be smaller. Even 7%.
No support.
Holes for bits 4mm.
The bits go deeper so they stick better.
I recommend this one for print.
Middle1(5mm holes)
Lower handle mounting (the screwdriver slightly flies in the box).
Due to the large radius, the top and bottom parts may be hard to print. But it's just nice that way. In the future, I will add parts that are easier to print.
