Scribe Holder

I love these Starrett scribes but they often poke holes in the pocket of my apron and or pants pocket, so I wanted to design a holder with a clip. I thought maybe I could find a flashlight pocket clip and design the holder around it. I decided on using this light clip, but others might work as well:
