SDS Ender Cooling Solution

I really like the Ender old style metal box surrounding the hotend. What I didn't like was the way it always got heat creep as soon as the fan started to get old. My solution was to make a 5015 blower adapter. It has 2 parts, external and internal. The internal portion routes all the air from the blower DIRECTLY onto the cooling fins of the heat sink. I use this without an all metal hotend and a normal PTFE tube (not Capricorn). If you use my mod you will need to remove the center grill from the Ender cage, and you will need to drill out the mounts for the old fan. I printed these in the cheapest PLA, the internal part next to the hotend has lasted for more than 1.5 years with some warping (which doesn't effect functionality.) It will work with all older Ender printers which use the black metal box for cooling.
