Sectional Sofa Bracket

Locks / brackets to keep sofa sections from sliding apart from each other.
These are designed to be rigid enough to keep the sofa connected, but fail so that there should be no to little damage to the sofa frame if forced out of position.

The length is 120mm and they are designed to fit on a frame with a 35mm width.
I recommend 2 sets (upper and lower) per section, one at both ends.
There is a stopper to prevent the upper and lower from sliding out in one direction.
It is important to measure between the sets so that the spacing is the same.

I used 4X15 wood screws to mount it to my sofa.

This is a work in progress.
I feel the tolerances are a little tight, but it is functional if measured out and mounted properly.
