Sensorcon CO Detector Panel Mount

This design allows the Sensorcon CO Detector to be mounted in an available, standard 3 1/8" instrument panel opening. It is designed in three pieces, the mount and 2 snap in clips to hold the detector in place. Also the screw holes are sized such that they can be tapped with a M4 tap.

I printed my copy from Taulman Alloy 3D nylon filament which has a higher temperature rating and is also certified for UL94HB, the Flame Retardant Horizontal Burn test.

All parts were printed with a 0.24mm layer height.
