Serapis Flag

One of the United States' quirky flags from the beginning of the country. The flag was created for Captain John Paul Jones by the Dutch so he wouldn't be arrested for being a pirate. It's design was based on a description of the U.S. flag provided by Ben Franklin, it is still used by the U.S. Navy along with the 111th Infantry Regiment of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, founded by Ben Franklin.
