Servo Mounting Bracket

This is a bracket for mounting just a 9g servo. While we created it as a way to mount a servo for a [model railroad switch machine](http://www.iascaled.com/MRServo), it probably has other uses as well.

This is basically just the servo end of our other two mounting brackets, which also include tabs for holding the MRServo-1/2/3 control electronics.
