Servo Quick Release for Dropping Camera

I had forgotten about this until a friend wanted a drop mechanism for a drone or plane.This is one made to snap into the same bracket as the egg drop carousel I made but can easily be adapted. The printed parts hold the weight of the object taking strain off of the servo motor axle. My goal was to increase the weight that we could lift and still consistently drop the load with the servo.

I had troubles printing all of the parts at once so you may have to print the large frame and the smaller components separately.

Once printed use a paper clip or a stable for the hinges and trim to size. You may need to heat the metal up with a lighter to help it through. Then use another piece of metal to tie the servo horn to the "L" shaped bracket.
