Set Tee

This is a set tee I designed. You can print the whole tee in one shot, but will not be nearly as strong. I have tested MANY materials and discovered that Nylon works best (printed slowly with no cooling). I will add my print settings as such.

I use the split tee with the glue jig to make 6 at a time, glued with E6000. Sand the halves where they touched the print bed, glue in the jig, clamp (there is a 32nd overall of "slop" in the jig to allow you to square up all tees), then allow to set per E6000 instructions.
