This shaker table was developed for the primary school for testing the stability of spaghetti/marshmellow towers, which the children build themself. The idea was that they learn about stable forms for structures like triangles and then a tower building competition was held. In the end every tower has to withstand different load cases generated by the shaker table to simulate an erthquake. I wanted to make this project available for everyone, so that also other schools could build this shaker table and teach about good structural shapes. Or maybe someone sees other application or experiments for this shaker table. The mechanical design, the electric design, the PCB and all the documentation was made by myself in my free time.
