Shisha

It's a waterpipe, an instrument used to smoke tobacco. This type is popular in the Middle East, and referred to as Shisha, it's used with flavoured tobacco mostly fruit flavoured. The jar at the bottom is filled with water to cool the smoke coming from the top through the pipe after the embers are put on top of the tobacco with tin foil between them.
