Shoes toe expander

Hello everyone, Have you ever received new shoes from someone, but the toe was too narrow and you felt sorry to give them away? I did, and that's why I came up with such a useful tool for expanding the narrow toe of a shoe. It works on the principle of pressing a wedge between 2 halves of the body, which roughly copies the inside of the toe of the shoe, thereby expanding it. This expander also works on relatively inflexible shoes, like mine, in the picture. It took 2 weeks with the expander installed, with occasional checks and tightening, and the shoes are now comfortable and not pressing ;-) In the photos you can see the first prototype of the expander, in the attached STL and print profile there is already a modified version for easier printing and better installation into the shoe. The expander is designed for shoe sizes 43 - 46 EU, if there is interest, I can make other sizes. Hopefully it will help you too! ;-)
