The idea for this shower came from situation where the celling is short (2,15m), and there is no space for regular shower (that is over your head and not just the shoulders). This shower mounts directly to the celling.
Depending on the flow and pressure you might want to enlarge or reduce holes on the shower to avoid pressure build-up and lower part of the shower poping out during use.
The pipe thread to the water source is BS 1/2.
I'm thinking of making a small hole on the top so that the water can drain after use (currently I have to detach the pipe).
I used:
- variable layer size to print threaded sections at 0.1 and the rest at 0.3, to avoid long print times
- 3 perimeters to avoid leakage
Be sure to use teflon tape on pipe thread which is printed horizontally to prevent leakage.
