Shutdown switch ENDER 3

Shutdown for Ender 3, maybe ok for CR10 i haven't test it (you can make a remix^^)

I have used micro switch 3A, you can choose 5A (same size), the max current to cut is ~1.4A (when bed+nozzle heating) but the shutdown is after off bed and nozzle (see g-code).


Adjust the switch position on the profile and glue the switch actionner on the bed fix plate.

My end g-code script :

G28 X0 ; home the X-axis
G1 F1800 E-12 ; Retract filament 12 mm to prevent oozing
M140 S0 ; turn off bed
M104 S0 ; turn off heaters
G4 S240 ; standby 240s for cooling nozzle
M106 S0 ; turn off cooling fan
M300 S2349 P240 ; biiippp
M300 S2349 P360 ; biiippp
G28 Y0 ; home Y axis
G1 Y235.0 F1000 ; Y move +235mm go to switch
M84 ; disable motors


- Micro switch 3A or 5A
- 2 screws M3x5 flat head
- 2 T-nuts + 2screws (from stock)

The micro switch is in serial of the stock 230v power switch.
