•The big circles indicate the adhesion quality -> Circle is not round = bad adhesion
•The Boxes go for the edges of your bed and to check if surfaces are covered and layered the right way - Wall adhesion.
•The Text is to make sure that even small and fast movements with fine lines still adhese to the bed

Just rescale it to fit on your printer and you're ready to go!
