simple cable clip (customizable)

i wanted to use cable clips to organize my (10mm) ignition cables and i was surprised not to find any here.
So, inspired by these two projects

i've created my own one.

options for customization:

cable diameter
wall thickness
number of cables
height of clip


p.s.: already tested in my car and works well - hoping, that PETG can resist the temperatures under the bonnet
