Simple Drum (with drumstick)

Just wanted to design a simple hand drum. You don't need the drumstick, you could just play it with your hand, but the stick will give a different sound. A small sheet of some kind of appropriate hide is meant to be stretched over the inner ring, and then the outer ring fits snugly over it to keep the drumskin taut.

Update: added a second file with little pegs around the outer rim, so the drumskin could be pulled up around these after the outer rim is put in place to further secure it and give the added aesthetic of whatever your drumskin material is on the outer rim. You could either put a small slice in the material and attach like the pegs are buttons, or you could cut strings into the excess and tie these to the pegs. ALTERNATE ENDING DRUM.
