Simple plate

Just a simple and working plate, for outdoor and home use. Not water tight, but holds food nicley. 20cm in diameter, 5mm overall height. Avoid very hot food (over 100C). Printed in PLA (it's food safe).

Nozzle: 0.4mm
Extrusion width: 0.5mm
Layer height: 0.25mm
Print speed: 50mm/s

Bottom layers: 2 (for 0.5mm thickness)
Outline/perimeter: 1 (for 0.5mm thickness)

Print with NO top layers, and NO infil. Printed in Simplify3d. If You want more durable and more water tight plate; add two more bottom layers, and one outline (to get 1mm thickness).

UPDATE 01/07/2017:
Tested few of the plates under outdoor conditions - camping, grill and other stuff was happening. Plates are great! But don't put on them hot sausages from grill, it will deform the plate (not melt tho), just let the hot food cool a bit. Also, plates don't leak instantly with is nice.
