simplex derailleur gear

Turned out my derailleur tension gear - a part of my bike I newer paid any attention to - is completely worn down. Up to a point where I wasn't able to make out any gears at all or count the teeth or move it with my fingers.

Good news though: It's made of plastic. So I just redesigned the part to a shape that I imagine would be similar to original and it worked out to be a perfect fit.

It fits simplex type of gear shift systems or whatever these things are called and in my case it's mounted on a Puch Clubman street bike from the 80ies or so.
