Introducing the SlideDock, my first 3D design: a 3D-printed stage meticulously crafted to enhance the functionality of digital USB microscopes when working with standard microscope slides. Discover the microscopy world in a cheap and quick way with this practical accessory. Tired of the awkward struggle to position microscope slides under your digital microscope's often inadequate stand? The SlideDock provides a stable and dedicated platform that securely holds standard 25.4 x 76.2 mm microscope slides. This ensures precise focusing and effortless specimen viewing, while also effectively separating the slide from the background. The stage has a height of 10 mm. This dimension was chosen because most USB microscopes come with basic stands that can become unstable with taller designs, making it tricky to keep the microscope vertical on the slide. The 10 mm height aims to be universally useful for a variety of microscopes without requiring extra stands or modifications. Future development
