Smart Controller Knob - Inverted

This is a remix of ja2ja1's Reprap Smart Graphic Knob. I printed the original part but it looked upside down when I installed it on the controller. So... I reworked it so that it is inverted.

This fits the split shaft RepRap Discount Smart Controller, and the Full Graphic Smart Controller, and should fit anything else that uses the 6mm split shaft encoder.
