Soft plug for MTB handlebars

Summary MTB handlebar ends can be a very dangerous thing during a crash, especially on heavier eMTBs. This quick and easy print will make them much softer. Just follow the printing instructions below (no infill, two walls). Dimensionally, the model is ready for standard inner handlebars diameter (20 mm), but can be simple adjusted by scaling. Tip: Print one first and measure how it fits. Every printer and material profile can be slightly different. It is not a problem to increase the dimension by scaling (+/–). [Model first published May 29, 2021] Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 150 Filament: Fillamentum Flexfill TPU 98A Vertigo Grey Notes: No infill here! Use TPU or TPE (flexible material). For hardness 98A (Shore) use only two walls (2×0.4mm) and 2 or 3 bottom layers. The plug then will be soft enough. Print one by one to avoid any stringing and postprocessing.
