Soil Packer

I got tired of spending money on those little soil starting kits, so I figured I'd try and make a soil packer of my own that wasn't 20+ dollars. The first (and hopefully only) print using PLA is currently in progress, so I'll update the files as necessary. Be sure to use supports where needed!
