Solidoodle E3D Upgrade

This E3D and X carriage upgrade for the Solidoodle requires no additional fasteners or components outside of what comes with the stock printer other than a single M3x0.5 x 35mm bolt and a corresponding (normal) hex nut along with 5 M3x.05 x 25mm bolts and to respective nylock nuts. The links to purchase these parts is listed below. The 35mm bolt should be used with a washer to apply tension with the spring. The 25mm bolts should be used to clamp down on the E3D hotend and also to mount the assembly to the stepper motor.

UPDATE: updated files added, allows for all four motor mounting holes to be utilized, better filament tension, and a simpler assembly. Uses same hardware as prior version all though a shorter tensioner spring may be needed
