Sonoff RM433 Remote Mount

This is a simple decora switch plate mount for a Sonoff RM433 fan/light remote. There are 2 versions. One uses the small magnet under the back cover of the remote to hold the remote in place. The remote slides into the other one which can be used directly out of the printer after removing the supports.

The magnet mount requires a piece of 1/2" x 1/8" x 1 7/8" magnetic metal. Most hardware stores sell cold rolled steel bar stock in 1/2" x 1/8".

The extra thickness allows for the switch to be operated. Most switch plates do not have long enough screws to use with this mount. I found a couple 1/2" long ones in the "fastener cup" in the catchall kitchen drawer. They are 6-32 x 1/2" flathead or oval-head screws.
