The factory version is ridiculously expensive at the aviation woodworking outlet; this one is cheap and easy to print. It is much smaller in overall dimensions, but fits the pug wires fine.

UPDATE: Two "fixes"
1 - I have two sizes of plug wires. The old-school harnesses are 6mm wide, the newer "automotive-inspired" harnesses are 8mm wide, so I made two versions (I have both)
2 - The grommet's overall size wasn't big enough to pass the plug's "B-Nut" through it without oversizing the hole. So I made the overall dimensions about 20%bigger so it should pass easily.
